That’s why we think it’s particularly important to shop locally whenever possible, we pay attention to short transport distances, use seasonal products and care about animal welfare. We would like to inform you that we do not offer dinner for our guests on the following dates:
17 to 20 October 2024, 24 to 27 October 2024 and 6 to 8 December 2024
On these days, we will serve you a hearty breakfast so that you can start the day energised. For dinner, there are various restaurants in the surrounding area within easy walking distance. If you would like recommendations or tips for the surrounding area, please contact us personally. We will be happy to help you choose a suitable restaurant.
But here at the Gourmet Hotel Hohes Licht, the culinary adventure begins in the morning. The smell of coffee sweeps through the hotel, attracting our guests to the gourmet breakfast.
At our open kitchen, you can order eggs cooked exactly how you want them. And you can also expect sausage and cheese specialties, cereals, fruit, juices, freshly baked bread and lots more.Do you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific requirements? It’s best to let us know on or before arrival so that our kitchen team are well prepared.
René is very familiar with the world of wines. It is his passion! He can recommend you a suitable wine for the evening menu and is happy to offer a wine accompaniment if required.
After dinner, you’ll find René at the bar. It’s the perfect spot to end the day. A nightcap, fine spirits and liqueurs, original cocktails: Let René surprise you with his creativity and have some fun!
